What we do
We arrange short-term, property-secured commercial loans for Australian corporate borrowers. We do not lend our own money — we work as the intermediary between borrowers and a panel of non-bank commercial lenders, specialist private lenders, and private investors with capital to deploy. Our focus is narrow on purpose: registered first mortgages, registered second mortgages, construction finance without presales, and renovation & flip finance. That narrow focus is what lets us know our funders' credit appetites cold and move deals quickly.

Nicholas Clunes — Director, Andorra Capital Solutions Pty Ltd
Nicholas has implemented over 200 loans across the NCCP and non-NCCP space over his career, with a focus on property-secured commercial lending to entity borrowers. He runs the Private Credit Loans desk personally, dealing directly with borrowers, brokers and the panel funders that capitalise each deal.

How we're set up
Andorra Capital Solutions Pty Ltd is the broker entity on every transaction. We are not an Australian Credit Licensee — we do not need to be, because we only arrange business-purpose loans to corporate borrowers, which sit outside the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009. Every borrower signs a Business Purpose Declaration before drawdown of any loan we arrange.
About the domain name
The domain hardmoneyloans.au reflects the colloquial US term for asset-backed private lending and is widely searched in that form. In an Australian regulatory and market context the correct description is private credit / private mortgage lending arranged by a commercial finance broker — which is what we do. We operate under the brand Private Credit Loans.
